Itinerary for Changsha Homecoming (subject to change)

July 17

Arrive in Beijing, check in at the hotel and take a rest

July 18 Morning

Visit the Temple of Heaven and see the local people doing morning exercise there, then shop freely at a local market nearby

Afternoon

Visit CCAA, see the matching room, and take culture classes at BLAS ( calligraphy, paper-folding, etc)

July 19 Morning

Tour to Mutianyu Great Wall

Afternoon

Visit Summer Palace

July 20

Take flight CA1349/11:25-13:35 to Changsha and visit the old location of the orphanage

July 21

Morning

Visit the new Changsha No.1 SWI, hold babies and meet caretakers

Afternoon

Tour to the countryside with lunch in a village

July 22

Morning

Visit a local school

Afternoon

Visit to the famous Xiang embroidery factory

July 23

Morning

City tour in Changsha 

Afternoon

Free time for packing and have farewell dinner in the evening

July 24th

Take flight CZ3147/10:30-12:30 back to Beijing and leave for home

Cost

Adult or child 12 and over: $1088.00 each.  Reserves half a hotel room. Each hotel room has two beds or a king-sized bed. Or a rollaway bed in the room.

Child under 12: $888.00 each.  Reserves half a hotel room or a rollaway bed.

Child under 12: $748.00 each.  Shares a room with other two people. No bed requested.

 

The price includes 4-5-star hotels in Beijing and Changsha with breakfast, airfares for Beijing-Changsha-Beijing with airport tax, activities as per itinerary, lunch and dinner daily, bilingual guides, bus service, special souvenirs, etc. Price does not include transport from home country to Beijing.

*If participating family is extending travel in China beyond Changsha portion, pricing will be adjusted individually for that travel. Please contact BLAS about pricing for continuing on to other destinations in China from Changsha or returning to your home country from a location other than Beijing.

 

Down payment

A non-refundable down payment of $100 per person needs to be paid at the time of registration. This amount will be deducted from the total amount for this  trip. Whole travel fees need to be paid before June 19th 2010, otherwise you will be regarded not come. If you cancel the trip after June 19th 2010, the money will be refunded after the deduction of some expenses caused by the cancellation.
