Wuhan Reunion Activity Itinerary (subject to change)

July 11	Arrive in Beijing, check in at the hotel and take a rest
July 12	Tour to the Great Wall and visit Olympic Venues
July 13	Visit the Temple of Heaven in the morning and visit CCAA and BLAS in the afternoon
July 14	Have a Hutong Tour in the morning and take flight to Wuhan in the afternoon
July 15	Visit the Wuhan Children’s Welfare Institute and have talks with the caretakers in the morning; learn the Chinese songs and dancing in the afternoon
July 16	Visit the Yellow Crane Tower in the morning; Visit the bund and the walking street in the afternoon
July 17	Free time in the morning; Farewell Dinner in the evening
July 18	Fly to Beijing and leave for home

Cost

Adult or child 12 and over: $998.00 each. Reserves half a hotel room. Each hotel room has two beds or a king-sized bed. Or a rollaway bed in the room.

Child under 12: $878.00 each. Reserves half a hotel room or a rollaway bed.

Child under 12: $738.00 each. Shares a room with other two people. No bed requested.

The price includes hotels with breakfast, airfares for Beijing-Wuhan-Beijing with airport tax, activities as per itinerary, lunch and dinner daily, bilingual guides, bus service, special souvenirs, etc. Price does not include transport from home country to Beijing, visa application fees and the tips.

Down payment

A non-refundable down payment of $100 per person needs to be paid at the time of registration. This amount will be deducted from the total amount for this trip. Whole travel fees need to be paid before June 6^th 2010, otherwise you will be regarded not come. If you cancel the trip after June 6^th 2010, the money will be refunded after the deduction of some expenses caused by the cancellation.

The price includes 4-star cruise ship with meals, transportation from Wuhan to Yichang, bilingual guides, etc. Airfare from Wuhan to Beijing has been deducted.
