On February 3, 2010, Deputy Secretary of MCA Dou Yupei came to BLAS with his cordial greetings and benediction of Spring Festival to the whole staff of BLAS. Dou visited all departments of BLAS one by one and with great enthusiasm he enjoyed the photos of root-seeking families hanging on the wall of the working area. He encouraged us to make persistent efforts on reception to root-seeking families this year. Director Liu Xiaolei made a brief introduction to recent work of BLAS to Dou and at the same time showed hearty thanks on behalf of the whole staff of BLAS for greetings from leaders of MoCA. Other leaders companying Dou to BLAS included deputy director of General Office Hu Xiaochun, deputy director of Department of Social Welfare and Charity Wang Suying and deputy director of Department Social Affairs Chen Guangyao.
