In the afternoon of Nov.23,2009, Ms. Liu Xiaolei, Vice Director of China Center of Adoption Affairs (CCAA) and Director of Bridge of Love Adoption Service (BLAS), met Madeleine Grivel, Director of Adoption of Enfants du Monde-France and Annie Lachanat, China Department Manager. The views of developing adoption consulting and travel service, establishing internet conversation system and exploring special needs program were exchanged. Both were looking forward to better cooperation and services for the orphans and adoptive families. Mr. Guo Jiamin, Mr.Wan Jun and Ms. Miao Li, Assistant Directors of BLAS, Mr. Li Guangya, Director of Consulting Department and Ms. Jia Chen, Vice Director of Travel Department I were present at the meeting.
